@Lawl, that's a very good idea. We can do it like that. ^^

@Yuneyn: Oh, yes, please! That would be great! :3 You can put it in another thread then and make it sticky, so that we always see the important stuff first.
Thank you!

I'll draw the banner, we will use for this each month soon. ^^

Then we just need some kind of text source... So that we just need to add the "winners" then each month.

I'm creating something, just figured out how to make the top 3 things with the most recommendations appear in green, so that we can decide later if we want to have a top 3 or just one depending on the number of suggestions.

Since I don't have everyone's email, you can send me yours by MP and then I'll invite you to edit the doc once I finished the template page!

Wow, I didn't even know it's possible that Excel does that on its own xD Apparently I still have a lot to find out about this programm ^^"

Ok it's done.

I've sent both of you invitations, now I'll also send one to everyone who said they wanted to help with the blog, but since you two are here now I wanted to know your thoughts beforehand.

Basically, the conditional formatting only works if there are at least 3 entries. But I guess when there's less it's easy to see for ourselves the best ones^^
I've tried in the last column to have 3 entries with the same number and another higher one, and the 4 do appear in green so this is taken into account.
For now I've only put a limited amount of lines, but if we get a lot of suggestions it's very easy to add the formatting to more lines.
Then we can create a new spreadsheet for every month, and here we go^^

Now though, it's also possible to have only one spreadsheet per art type, and add new columns for each month. I chose the other format because I thought it would be easier to have directly all the results for the current month in one sheet, but if you prefer something else it's easy to change. (Excel was probably the only thing I liked at my former job lol)

I'm not sure about a sticky post though, as we will directly invite people to the document when they are part of the blog, right? If we let it viewable on the forum, it will ruin the suspense ^^ As you want!

(It's a little less sexy than with a real Excel file, but Google docs has less formatting options *sighs*)

I really like it :D It's great that the top three are green, really ^^ If only my laptop wasn't so agonizingly slow ...

Okay, I see. Yep, I'd go with spreadsheets for each month - makes the whole thing more clearly. And it shouldn't be too hard to copy and paste the suggestions that didn't got to be "Best of the month" to the new sheet either.

Apparently we're all children of Microsoft Office xD

I think something's wrong with this hoster, too... it's incredibly slow oO and the header is gone. ^^°

@Yuneyn:
Wow, thanks, that's really cool. XD Hah, I absolutely have no clue when it comes to Excel. Never really worked with that program, just a little bit. ^^° It seems to be pretty useful.

Ah, you're right... but we could have a post for suggestions... When people want to suggest something, and also for us to preorder befor putting it in the excel sheet. ^^

I think it's great to see all results of the current month. (Why is it Nov 13? o.o)
Thank you for your effort!

Thanks :-)
Well, as you like it, I'll also send it to Weisel, Curiousscarleteyes and Listenforthelove. And then anyone who wants to join^^

Ah, and November13 for November 2013 ^^ But I can change it if it's too confusing?

Ok for a sticky suggestion post then... in this category as well?

I'd say Nov for November is enough. Makes it shorter ^^

If we're going to be exchanging documents, maybe we should set up a Google Drive or something?

Do you mean like a joined Google Account? But then wouldn't freak out if like 10 different people from different locations log in at the same time? (I know mine freaked when I did Japan - New Zealand - Japan - France in like one month)

It would just be the documents that are shared, not the account. I've had google documents open at the same time as other people who were in other countries and it was no problem.
