oooh I love Recipe No Oujisama! I did read a lot of Junko's other work, though I found some of it very... simplistic? though a lot of it was very short, so you would kindof have to be.

If this is a general smut/bl/whatever discussion now, has anyone read Hana No Mizo Shiru? It's by far my favorite BL out there.

@Kai I really understand where you're coming from on the seme/uke thing. I've seen a lot of nezushi fanfictions try and use that kind of relationship with them, even though that's the exact opposite of what they are. Not to say their relationship is perfect, but they certainly aren't the time to take the seme/uke kind of relationship to any part of their life.

Hello and welcome to the forums Kai! I'm fairly new to the forums myself, I've been off and on for the past 6 months or so. I really look forward to seeing your cosplay and the rest of your thoughts on this beloved series!

@secretagentfan I feel you on the thing about watching the Spanish no. 6. Before the english translations for the manga came out, I was super desperate to find out what happened so I pulled up the japanese scanlations on my laptop and I summary of it on my phone and read them at the same time. (I should've prepared my emotions... my tears were actually painful)

@ meopat oh no... I've cried over this series too much I can't go through this pain again ;n;

hmmmmm well I first watched No. 6 at around the end of 2013 I believe? maybe beginning of 2014. It really doesn't feel like its been that long...

I had been seeing No. 6 all over my tumblr dashboard for a while, and I thought the characters and art looked very nice, so I figured I would go watch it. One night and zero hours of sleep later, I had finished it all in one night and spent the rest of the school day telling all my friends to watch No. 6 while fighting off my fatigue (When I finally got my sister to watch it, she spent half the time running around the house screaming about how gay shion and nezumi were). It took me a while to begin trying to buy all of the manga, since I couldn't find most of it online, but now I own and have read the whole thing and am on the final book of the novels.

And that's pretty much it. My love for the series has only grown since uwu

awwww this is a great message board! I had wanted to tell you guys how much this forum meant to me too, but I really wasn't sure how. I just don't know anybody except my very close friend who is as into No. 6 as I am, and to be able to talk to you guys about something I'm so passionate about has made me a lot more... confident? I'm not quite sure how to phrase it, I'm no wordsmith, but all of you guys here in the forum are really awesome and super welcoming, thank you so much for letting me be part of your community. uwu

thanks so much! I think I might try for the Orlando one. Since my mom likes Zelda too, I can probably convince just her to go with me.

aw, that would've been such a good coincidence! Are they in Germany very often? It doesn't look like it by the list, but my geography isn't very good so I could be wrong

@Ahiku
hmmmm I don't know where I would want to move to. The college I'm aiming at is in Florida as well, since its all I've ever known. I want to travel to other places someday, but the exact location to me never mattered quite as much.

I'm actually a really big fan of dark themes, especially in stuff that's not meant to be dark. I loved how Majoras Mask wasn't afraid to touch topics most kids games wouldn't touch. I would definitely recommend it.

Someday, I hope to play one of the CDI games just so I can truly experience the atrocity for myself. Man, they were so bad. And I actually did watch the Legend of Zelda cartoon. Link is soooooo out of character, and that's just scratching the surface of its problems...

I really want to visit one of the Syphony Concerts, but I can't figure out how to find out about locations or tickets. is it just on nintendo's website?

omg, I LOVE the Legend of Zelda mangas! I've cried over every one I've read. (ok I can get emotional pretty easily but that's not the point) I especially loved the Four Swords ones.
